La pratique physique et vocale à travers laquelle les interprètes s'expriment est exclusivement faite de rires jusqu'à l'épuisement. Ainsi, les interprètes de la pièce rient pour représenter la joie, l'euphorie, l'émotion, ainsi que la souffrance, la colère et la peur. Le casting se compose de onze interprètes.
